Surveys
Thank you to everyone who participated! The SWEET is now closed. Prize winners will be contacted via their WSU email by Friday, May 24th. If you receive a message with the subject line "A SWEET Reward!" you are a winner!
The Survey of Warrior Educational Engagement and Transformation (SWEET) is an annual survey of undergraduate students completed during the winter semester. It is conducted by Wayne State's Office of Institutional Effectiveness. A campus-wide presentation of the results occurs the following fall term and is open to all WSU faculty, staff and students. Survey results and presentation recordings are posted in the fall following each winter survey period.
Survey responses help the university better understand how we can continue to help students succeed. It also helps us better understand the effectiveness of teaching practices and how students perceive and interact with others on campus.
The survey includes mostly multiple-choice questions about students' time commitments, experiences with courses and study habits, as well as interactions with faculty, academic advisors, and support services. It is voluntary and confidential; and takes approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. The survey period lasts for 8 weeks: from mid-March through mid-May. When the survey period opens, undergraduate students will receive an email asking them to participate.
